Student Duties

Before you come

It is very important to inform our office (e-mail it to: contact@usaish.com) your complete flight arrival information at least 10 days before your departure. We must know in advance when to expect you for check in. This is the information we need:

Name of Student




Date and Time of Arrival




Airline and Flight Number

You Should Bring

Towels
(bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth)




An extra blanket
(USH provides one per student but you may want an extra one for the winter)



International mobile phone OR you may rent a local mobile phone after arrival  to keep in touch with family and friends



City guide in your own language




Dictionary




Laptop computer to also help you to keep in touch with your family and friends
