To process your reservation please include on the
application your CREDIT CARD information. Make
sure to include:
• Name on the credit card
• Credit card number
• Expiration Date
We will only charge your credit card for the application
fee and security deposit total of US$350.00.
Your credit card is only charged after matching
with homestay host has been made by UNIVERSAL
STUDENT HOUSING.
The charges for your housing fees maybe paid after
when you arrive.
All reservations will be accepted upon availability.
Each student is liable only for his/her contract.
If you are student you must have your I-20 VISA.
If the school you will attend is not listed in
this page, please contact us at contact@usaish.com with
the school name and address. We might be able to
make homestay arrangements near to your school.
