Student Duties

Before you come

It is very important to inform our office (e-mail it to: contact@usaish.com) your complete flight arrival information at least 10 days before your departure. We must know in advance when to expect you for check in. This is the information we need:

• Name of Student
• Date and Time of Arrival
• Airline and Flight Number

If you would like USH to arrange your airport transfer, we can do so at the rate of $35.00 per student

You Should Bring

• Towels (bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth)
• An extra blanket
(USH provides one per student but you may want an extra one for the winter)
• International mobile phone or after arrival rent a local mobile phone to keep in touch with the family and friends
• City guide in your own language
• Dictionary
• Laptop computer to also help you to keep in touch with your family and friends
